Our standards and experience have led to our business supplying thousands of staff all over the UK for festival titans such as Glastonbury festival and small grass root festivals such as Wildwood Disco.

Bar installation and management

Taps & Tents offer a personal and high quality service to all our clients, whether it’s a bar at a mass-serving festival environment or a bar at a bespoke high-end fashion event. Once the bars are up and running our management team are here to help your event run smoothly and successfully.

We operate a range of bar deals that can suit different clients, and are always open to discuss other involvement on an individual basis that works best for you.

What we can offer:

Fee - You pay us an agreed fee and you take all the bar takings
Revenue Share - The bar takings are split at an agreed percentage between the operator and client. We take the risk and cover all costs
Profit Share - We agree a budget and the final bar profit is split between us and you at an agreed percentage.
Guarantee/Buy Out - We pay you an agreed fee and we take all the bar revenue.

Stock provisions and management

Taps & Tents ltd can offer exclusive stock services for our clients that ensure your event runs smoothly whilst meeting the demand of the customer.

Our experience and time in the industry has ensured we have an extensive range of industry contacts that we can draw upon to organise the stock offering at your event.

Till provisions and tech support

To support our clients in the best possible way we have teamed up with two industry giants to offer the fastest and most versatile till system available.

Our till systems are ran by Goodtill epos on the most modern equipment the industry has to offer. Fast, efficient and easy to monitor and change, this till system is a must at any event.

Our card transaction operators are Sumup, leading to fast card payments from all EFT options including Apple pay and Amex.
Together our till epos package is small and easy to use, whilst producing the best possible results.

Licensing & event planning

Our core team are all licensing specialists with extensive experience in the planning and organising of events of all types and sizes. We strive to ensure that your event is up and running efficiently and with ease, whilst meeting all legal requirements and satisfying the ever changing government compliance and current legislation issues.
